We are located in the Royal Burgh of Peebles: only 25 miles south of Edinburgh.

By Road
There are two major trunk roads leading into Peebles which are the A72 from East and West and the A703 from Edinburgh.

Once you arrive in Peebles, make your way to the roundabout in front of the church at the bottom of the High Street. Cross the Tweed Bridge and follow the road around to the left at which point make a right turn and go straight up the hill onto Springhill Road. Continue up the hill for about a quarter of a mile until you see Peebles Lawn Tennis Club on your left; directly opposite the tennis club is the driveway to Kingsmuir House.
